- We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
What information do we collect?
We require only your email for authorization and for any messages that
you opt-in to receive.
Using any online clouds, we save your authorization token so that you
can use your drive as expected. For Google Drive, we require the token
allows us access to your online files and allows us to upload the files you
have downloaded.
How do we use the information we collect about you?
We just use the authorization info to identify you and your access to
your drive.
We do not save, download or access any of your files already stored on
your drive, unless you specifically require them to be transferred to other
cloud drives.
What information do we share?
We do not share any information you disclose with anyone.
In any case you request we delete your information, this will be
purged from all databases and files.
How to delete my account?
We value your right to your information. If you want to
delete your account and ALL data associated to it, please send
your request by email to support@transfercloud.io from
the email account registered and we will proceed to purge
the database of all data associated with your account
as well as all files in the next 48 hours.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
