Paste a URL and all files and subdirectories will be downloaded, up to your available server space. The server first makes a list of all files and total size, which must be within your available storage. Then it downloads all files (HTML, images, zip files, media files) and transfers them to your cloud. **I added a torrent, but it seems to be stuck on 'Processing'. What does that mean?** It means the torrent was passed to the downloader but the downloader couldn't process it, or it is looking for peers and getting no response. If the torrent came from a URL, try downloading the .torrent file first and submitting it directly. Cancel and try again if needed. **A file is taking too long to download, or seems stuck.** You can leave a transfer running as long as needed. If it has very few seeders it may take a long time; if none are available it may get stuck indefinitely. Cancel and add another torrent with more active seeders. **I have a lot of very large files. Will they download?** Make sure you have enough free server space for the size you want to download. If a download is queued and there are too many active torrents it may be cancelled. Once files are transferred to your cloud, that server space is freed for other queued items. **I want to download even bigger files and need more concurrent downloads.** Contact us — we can provide custom plans, bigger spaces, and even a full dedicated server. **How much seeding is done with torrents?** The server downloads in leech mode. It disconnects and stops uploading as soon as a torrent completes. We do not provide seeding services. **Why does the transfer percentage sometimes go over 100%?** Transfer percentage counts bytes uploaded relative to the total file size. Sometimes a cloud server returns an error and doesn't receive a file, so the transfer process retries that file, which adds to the percentage instead of resetting it. This behaviour may be improved in the future. **Will you support Zoolz or Degoo?** Unfortunately both providers use private APIs accessible only through their own software clients.
